Concluding Judgment of the Court of First Instance	The Court ruled that the defendant shall pay the claimant, in his capacity, an amount of six million one hundred thirty-five thousand twenty-five Kuwaiti Dinars and four hundred fils (KD 6,135,025.400), and ordered the defendant to bear the legal expenses and an amount of KD 50 as attorney’s fees, and rejected all other claims.
Concluding Judgment of the Court of Appeal	The Court accepted all three appeals in form. On the merits, it dismissed Appeals No. 392 and 425 of 2026, and in respect of Appeal No. 419 , it ordered Makhazen to pay the appellant, the Public Authority for Industry, an amount of KWD 6,866,185.961 (Kuwaiti Dinars six million, eight hundred sixty-six thousand, one hundred eighty-five and 961 fils). The Court also ordered the respondent against the appeals to bear the costs of all three appeals.
